- This replacement policy only applies to thelaserlamp brand products and is limited to quality issues. User-caused damage, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized third-party repairs are not covered under this policy.
- The replacement product will be of the same model. If the model is discontinued, we will offer a comparable replacement of equal value from the same category.
